Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty

Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty
Non-surgical rhinoplasty can be used to subtly refine the appearance of the nose without surgery — but it should never be about changing a feature simply because somebody else has made you feel it is not good enough.
Every nose is different, and every face has its own proportions, character and identity.
When we perform a non-surgical nose treatment, the most noticeable change is often seen from the side profile. However, with careful assessment and strategic placement of dermal filler, we may also be able to create the appearance of a slimmer, more defined bridge from the front.
In suitable patients, anti-wrinkle treatment — popularly known as b☺️tox — can also be used alongside filler to relax specific muscles around the nose.
For this patient, the aim was to create a slightly slimmer-looking bridge and a more refined appearance at the base of the nose, while still keeping the result natural and in harmony with her existing features.
We completed the treatment with a subtle pixie lift to gently elevate the tip of the nose.
Anti-wrinkle treatment was also strategically placed to help reduce nostril flaring. As this part of the treatment develops gradually, the final result will be assessed after approximately two weeks.
The result from the filler so far?
A subtly sculpted nose that still looks completely like her.
Refining a lower nasal bridge
Some people naturally have a lower or flatter nasal bridge and may choose to add a little more definition or projection.
If that is something you would personally like to change, dermal filler can sometimes be used to gently elevate and define the bridge, creating a different profile without surgery.
Anti-wrinkle treatment may also be used in selected cases to influence the movement of certain muscles around the nose.
The goal should never be to create one universal “ideal” nose.
This is particularly important when treating patients from different ethnic backgrounds. Facial characteristics are part of what makes each person recognisable and individual, and any treatment plan should respect and preserve those features rather than trying to erase them.
For us, aesthetics is about working with your face, not against it.
You may choose to refine something because you want to.You may decide that a subtle change would make you feel more confident. Or you may decide that you love your nose exactly as it is.
All of those choices are valid.
A consultation gives us the opportunity to assess your anatomy, discuss what is realistically achievable and decide together whether non-surgical rhinoplasty is appropriate for you.
If you’re curious about what could be achieved while keeping your result natural and true to your features, you’re welcome to contact us by phone, text, email or social media to arrange a consultation.
